By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my TOS.
Please read them carefully before proceding. Since these are the industry standards, I will not be held responsible should you fail to inform yourself of these terms.

I. GENERAL TERMS
☆⋆｡ I reserve the right to decline your comission.☆⋆｡ Usually commissions can/will be streamed through Twitch after the sketch gets approved unless the client wishes for the piece to remain private.☆⋆｡ Credits are still required for artwork usage even if edited or modified.☆⋆｡ After your commission is delivered, you have up to one (1) month to request small changes. Such as: correcting minor coloring mistakes.
☆⋆｡ Errors made on my end will be fixed for free. (eg. design mistakes, didn't color a spot.)☆⋆｡ Requesting major changes like: outfit variation(s), add-ons, removal of, background or pose change after your commission has been delivered will have an additional cost which may/will cause your commission to be more expensive than anticipated.II. PAYMENT
☆⋆｡ [NO REFUNDS]☆⋆｡ Commissions must be fully paid for the process to begin.☆⋆｡ You can leave tips in Ko-Fi if you wish.III. PROCESS
☆⋆｡ Once payment is done, the drawing process will begin one day after the payment is done and confirmed by both sides.☆⋆｡ Modifications can only be made at the sketching stage. You have a right for three (3) changes free of charge. Beyond three (3) changes, modifications will have an additional cost depending on what you want done.☆⋆｡ The Time Of Arrival (TOA) of your commission will vary depending on the service you paid for.IV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, Attessal, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Promote myself in any place or site.
- To display it anywhere to my liking.
- Post it wherever I want.The commissioner is allowed to:
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use unless agreed otherwise.
- Print the art and claim the rights of their character(s) but not of the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to me as the artist.
- If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be removed and I will not be working with you again.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Means making money off it in any way unless discussed upon)
- Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing watermarks/signatures.
- Altering the artwork without my, the artist, consent.V. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
☆⋆｡ I have the right to cancel your commission at any time.
☆⋆｡ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund under any circumstances after payment has been received.
☆⋆｡ If the money hasn’t been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.I, as the artist, am not responsible if the client failed to read the terms of service and is subject to them whether they’re aware of it or not.
